Piping Solutions prides itself in it’s commitment to Quality. Our QA systems are in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001. We have strived to continually improve our work quality and the supporting documentation.
Through this process we have successfully developed our own custom data basing system that leads the field. This system has allowed us to have complete control through the process of manufacture, with tracking of all aspect of the job on a daily basis.
The database allows us to provide live reporting to our clients on the status of each spool in their project from beginning (date of drawing receipt), through the production process (Issue of drawings, Cutting, Fabrication including welded inches per spool and percentage complete), NDT, deliveries to painters and site. We also customize our system to accommodate our customers’ unique requirements. On client request these database reports can also be made available through our secure website, with an assigned username / password login
